Have you been feeling crap since COVID?

Me too.

Maybe you don’t even know whether you had COVID.

(Though it’s predicted a lot of the population have — most without even realising.)

But even if you didn’t know —many are still suffering with long-term symptoms.

The good news is you can do something about it.

And I’m going to tell you exactly what to do in this article.

Let me explain.

(By the way, if you want me to build your personalised COVID-recovery report — go here.)

Long COVID: a nutritionist’s experience

I got COVID in mid-March.

I’m not used to getting ill, and I didn’t expect to have a bad reaction. I only had a high temperature for a day, and I didn’t even stay in bed.

My worst symptom at first was the complete loss of taste and smell.

That’s not so bad, I thought.

What came next

But things got worse.

We now know the symptoms of long COVID vary tremendously.

But we didn’t know much then.
